At Herron, we’ve always operated as a team of specialists — sometimes working remotely, other times together — so we can bring our clients the right people and skills needed to do the best job.

Recently, we welcomed Holly to our growing team; our brand new Studio Manager at Herron, she’ll be working to keep everything running smoothly — both in-house and with clients.

We sat down with Holly (virtually) to ask her a few questions.

Hi Holly! Can you tell us a bit about what you do?

Hello! So, I work as the Studio Manager at Herron. I help Paul with administrative tasks — things like diary and inbox management — as well as project and people management within the team.

I’m based in Bristol and have almost a decade’s worth of experience supporting senior executives, small businesses, freelancers and entrepreneurs free up their time so that they can do what they do best.

What are some of your interests outside of work?

I’m a massive gym go-er — I’m actually a personal trainer as well although I don’t do it as often these days. And to be honest, at the moment, a lot of DIY. I just bought a house and it’s a bit of a do-er up-er, so I’ve been focused on DIY projects at home.

Going out for food, seeing friends — about the same as everyone, but it’s true!

What inspires your work?

The impact my role can have — I love helping people have the space to grow their business. I love seeing people reach a point where they can be less stressed, feel at ease and really enjoy what they’re achieving professionally.

It’s such a nice feeling to have and it inspires me to keep doing what I do.

Last one! What’s your drink of choice?

I like a Peach Bellini!

Thanks Holly!
