As their trusted brand and digital collaborator for over 20 years, our team at Herron have followed and supported their journey, and global vision, for some time. Their marketing team have approached us in recent years to deliver several web applications to modernise their offering and help retain Fernco’s reputation as a market leader.

The Challenge
Fernco was finding it a challenge to manage the evolving demands of its growing customer base and distribution channels.

Following close discussions with their team, we created project scopes for two web solutions to benefit their customers: one which would house information and brand assets, and another that would take their in-house training of suppliers online.

The marketing team also wanted to address Fernco’s brand and digital presence, which no longer represented their offering and reputation as a leading global business.

The Solution
Working closely with the Fernco team, we created a project scope and information architecture for a Customer Portal; a cloud-based system that would house all of Fernco’s brand assets and function as a marketing catalogue for worldwide distributors.

We also delivered the Fernco Academy — an online education platform and an extension to their suppliers’ expert-led training programme which we designed and launched in countries including UK, Australia, Denmark, Germany, Norway & Sweden. This tool gives all their customers instant access to training materials; a new service that amplifies the brand’s market presence and adds value to its customer base.

Following the delivery of the Fernco Academy, we collaborated with their marketing team to create a website that would reflect their position as a modern, global business that’s moving the industry forward. The new website is a strong representation of Fernco’s offering and drives their messaging even further; reaching even more customers from around the world and driving measurable results for the company.
